Dr. Patrick J. Dougherty, DPM Dr. Dougherty is a graduate of Penn State University. He received his doctor of podiatric medicine degree from Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine. He completed his residency in general and reconstructive foot surgery at Tenet Health System's Parkview and City Avenue Hospitals in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dr. Dougherty has a particular clinical interest in reconstructive foot and ankle surgery including flatfoot repair and diabetic limb salvage. He also enjoys sports medicine. Dr. Dougherty is board certified in foot surgery, a diplomat of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons (AACFAS) and a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association as well as the North Carolina Foot and Ankle Society. He is on staff at Rex, Raleigh Community, and Maria Parham Hospitals and HealthSouth Blue Ridge Surgery Center. Dr. Dougherty is an avid college football fan and enjoys movies, music, and sports.
